I found these cute scrollers on other forums and sites. The things people do to be creative...

Where it says ARTIST & SONG change to the name of the artist & song thats playing on the forum

Unlike the BOYZ scroller where just the name and the song title scrolls, this one has "+" that marquee across the pages pre-defined area around the Artist's name and name of the song. So basically "+" is the only thing moving. Make sure you change the color of the font to fit with your pages color!
